By accessing and using the TrueLens platform ("Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. In addition, when using these services, you shall be subject to any posted guidelines or rules applicable to such services.
TrueLens provides users with tools to analyze and understand media content, including bias detection, credibility scoring, and media transparency features.
You agree not to misuse the Service, including but not limited to interfering with the Service or accessing it using a method other than the interface and instructions provided.
All content provided on the Service is the property of TrueLens or its content suppliers and is protected by intellectual property laws. Users are granted a limited license to access and use the content for personal, non-commercial purposes.
TrueLens reserves the right to terminate or suspend access to our Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.
In no event shall TrueLens, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the Service; (iii) any content obtained from the Service; and (iv) unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content.
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Sri Lanka, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
